·         Make a List
The best thing about lists is that you act on them. Setting reminders or alarms on your gadget may even help. Make sure, you do not outdo your capacity (Keeping in mind, external disturbances like emergency meeting, discussing project scopes, client meeting etc.) on the list. Prioritize your work on the list and act on it. Remember, action is the most important element here.
·         Deadlines
The most efficient method to track your progress is by setting deadlines. Sticking to a deadline will not only make you productive but help you be flexible with other commitments.
·         Avoid Multi-tasking
Practically, our minds focus better on one thing. Make sure, you are not exhausting your creativity and productivity on varied things. Multi-tasking, doesn’t often produce efficient results.
·         Delegate Responsibilities
This may put some of you in a bit of anxiety. The truth is we cannot do everything and so we need a team for support. Delegating your work helps you build trust and be productive at the same time.
·         Utilize downtime
This is an intelligent step towards planning and prioritizing your daily schedule, whenever you find yourself doing nothing. For example, if you jammed in the traffic, scheduling your work would be productive.
·         Appreciate yourself
